摘要
针对余吾煤业部分工作面煤质松软破碎等原因而引发封孔后瓦斯抽采钻孔单孔浓度低甚至成为废孔的技术难题,提出瓦斯抽采钻孔立体式“二次封孔”技术,并阐述了该技术的基本原理。在余吾煤业N1101回风巷进行了工业试验,结果表明立体式“二次封孔”技术能有效封堵发生串孔的钻孔周围裂隙,避免周围空气进入抽采钻孔,提高了瓦斯抽采浓度和钻孔利用率。
In view of the fact that the coal quality of some working faces in Yuwu Coal Industry is soft and broken,which leads to the technical problem that the concentration of single hole in gas drainage borehole is low or even becomes waste hole after sealing,this paper put forward the three-dimensional"secondary sealing"technology of gas drainage borehole,and expounded the basic principle of the technology.The industrial test was carried out in N1101 return airway of Yuwu Coal Industry.The results showed that the three-dimensional"secondary hole sealing"technology can effectively seal the cracks around the holes where the holes are in series,prevent the surrounding air from entering the extraction holes,and improve the gas extraction concentration and the utilization ratio of the holes.
