摘要 9407综采工作面回采至距停采线13 m时,为顺利撤出该工作面液压支架和其他设备,需铺设人工假顶。综采面的末采既是本工作面回采工作的收尾,又是撤出工作面设备的开始。针对9407综采工作面实际概况,提出了末采铺柔性网的新工艺,并与传统工艺在安全效益、铺设时间、工作量等方面进行了对比分析,实践证明新工艺能有效提高煤矿开采的安全性和生产效率。 When the 9407 fully-mechanized working face is mined to 13 m from the stoping line,artificial false roof shall be laid in order to withdraw the hydraulic support and other equipment of the working face smoothly.The final mining of the fully-mechanized face is not only the end of the mining work of this working face,but also the beginning of withdrawing the equipment of the working face.According to the actual situation of 9407 fully-mechanized working face,this paper put forward a new technology of laying flexible net at the end of mining,and made a comparative analysis with the traditional technology in the aspects of safety benefit,laying time,workload,etc.,which proves that the new technology can effectively improve the safety and production efficiency of coal mining.
