二次导线智能下线设备在成套电气设备生产中的应用分析

目前,大多数成套电气设备生产厂家二次导线接线方式主要是依靠生产一线员工根据经验并比照车间柜体进行加工生产,这种生产方式难以满足日益扩大的生产规模,不符合当前自动化、智能化的生产模式要求。成套电气设备二次导线智能下线设备的工作原理是将电气接线文件数据、柜体布置和元件三维模型导入二次布线软件Superharness,模拟三维布线和计算,完成线束路径的设计,导出布线施工图、线长统计表、辅料统计表,再将加工数据导入加工设备,实现自动裁剪导线、两端剥皮、打印号码管、穿号码管和端头压接工作。二次导线智能下线设备在生产中可以提高产品加工效率和产品质量。
