数字X线双能量减影技术在儿童气道异物中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Digital X-ray Dual Energy Subtraction in Children’s Airway Foreign Body

摘要 目的探讨数字X线双能量减影技术在儿童气道异物中的应用价值。方法前瞻性选取临床怀疑气道异物患儿60例,均行胸部DR双能量减影和胸部CT检查。双能量减影检查:管电压60 kV、120 kV,自动管电流调节技术;CT检查:100 kV,自动管电流调节技术,iDose4迭代重建技术。分析比较双能量减影软组织窗气道图像与CT重组后气道图像对气道中异物显示能力及两种检查患儿接受的辐射剂量。结果双能量减影技术成功显示口咽部到异物之间气道60例,平均辐射剂量为(0.047±0.017)mGy;CT检查成功显示异物及气道60例,平均辐射剂量为(2.26±0.13)mGy。结论数字X线双能量减影技术在应用较低辐射剂量的条件下能识别出异物在儿童气道中的位置,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application value of digital X-ray dual-energy subtraction technique in children’s airway foreign bodies.Methods 60 children with clinically suspected foreign body of airway were prospectively selected and underwent chest DR dual-energy subtraction and chest CT examination.Dual-energy subtraction examination:tube voltage 60 kV,120 kV,automatic tube current adjustment technique.CT examination:100 kV,automatic tube current modulation technology,idose4 iterative reconstruction technology.Analysis and comparison of the dual energy subtraction soft tissue window airway image and CT reconstructed airway image to show the foreign body in the airway and the radiation dose received by the two children.Results Dual-energy subtraction technique can successfully show 60 cases of foreign bodies between oropharynx and airway,the average radiation dose is(0.047±0.017)mGy.CT examination can successfully show 60 cases of foreign body and airway,average radiation dose is(2.26±0.13)mGy.Conclusion The digital X-ray dual-energy subtraction technique can identify the position of foreign bodies in children’s airways while applying lower radiation dose,therefore it has value in clinical application.
