社区慢性病患者用药常识与依从性现况研究

Study on the current situation of common sense and compliance of medication in patients with chronic diseases in community

目的:了解社区慢性病患者的用药知识及用药依从性,探索社区卫生机构和药师参与社区居民慢性病患者健康管理的途径和方法。方法:选取社区慢性病患者50例,进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计、分析。结果:社区慢性病患者缺乏用药常识,药物来源存在隐患,用药总体依从性不佳。年龄越大,用药依从性越差,文化水平越高,用药依从性越好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区迫切需要慢性病管理服务,社区医疗卫生机构应利用自身的专业优势开展社区药学服务,实现慢性病患者的安全合理用药。

Objective:To understand the medication knowledge and compliance of patients with chronic diseases in the community,and to explore the ways and methods for community health institutions and pharmacists to participate in the health management of patients with chronic diseases in the community.Methods:50 patients with chronic diseases in the community were selected for questionnaire survey,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results:The patients with chronic diseases in the community were lack of general knowledge of drug use,there were hidden dangers in the source of drugs,and the overall compliance of drug use was not good.The older the age,the worse the medication compliance,the higher the educational level,the better the medication compliance,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community urgently needs chronic disease management services,and community medical and health institutions should make use of their own professional advantages to carry out community pharmaceutical care to realize the safe and rational use of drugs for patients with chronic diseases.
