急性左心衰患者院前急救临床分析

Clinical analysis of pre-hospital first aid in patients with acute left heart failure

目的:分析院前急救对于急性左心衰患者的应用效果。方法:2019年1-7月收治急性左心衰患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。观察组入院前接受院前急救;对照组入院前未接受院前急救。比较两组急救效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后体征指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在收治急性左心衰患者之前,实施院前急救措施,有利于改善患者生命体征,提升救治成功率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of pre-hospital first aid in patients with acute left heart failure.Methods:From January to July 2019,120 patients with acute left heart failure were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received pre-hospital first aid before admission.The control group did not receive pre-hospital first aid before admission.The emergency effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of vital signs after treatment of the the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Before treating patients with acute left heart failure,the implementation of pre-hospital first aid measures is beneficial to improve the vital signs of patients and improve the rescue success rate of treatment.
