腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术在胃癌手术治疗中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer surgery

目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗胃癌患者的应用及疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月胃癌手术患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组采取开放手术治疗;观察组采取腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、手术指标水平及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗胃癌,效果确切,可减少并发症发生率,加速恢复。

Objective:To explore the application and curative effect of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,88 patients who underwent gastric cancer surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated by open operation and the observation group was treated by laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment,levels of operative indicators and incidence of complications of observation group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,the effect is remarkable,it can reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate recovery.
