超声介入射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤临床效果

Clinical effect of ultrasound interventional radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of liver tumor

目的:探究超声介入射频消融对肝脏肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法:2016年9月-2019年6月收治肝脏肿瘤患者42例,随机分为两组,各21例。对照组应用CT介入下射频消融进行治疗;试验组采用超声介入治疗方案进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对肝脏肿瘤患者进行治疗时,选择超声介入射频消融,有助于改善患者的临床治疗效果,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasound interventional radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with liver tumor.Methods:From September 2016 to June 2019,42 patients with liver tumor were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation under CT intervention.The experimental group was treated with ultrasonic interventional therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with liver tumor,the choice of ultrasound intervention radiofrequency ablation can help to improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,with high practical value.
