大规格弹簧圈栓塞术在颅内动脉瘤中的临床效果评价

Evaluation of the clinical effect of large size coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms

目的:探究大规格弹簧圈栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:2016年4月-2019年10月收治颅内动脉瘤患者68例,按手术方法不同分为两组,各34例。对照组采用非支架辅助栓塞术治疗;试验组采用大规格弹簧圈栓塞术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、住院时间、出血量、GOS评分、生活质量评分及并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大规格弹簧圈栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤,效果确切,可加快患者术后恢复,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of large size coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:From April 2016 to October 2019,68 patients with intracranial aneurysm were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-stent assisted embolization.The experimental group was treated with large size coil embolization.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The operative time,length of hospital stay,amount of bleeding loss,GOS score,quality of life score and incidence of complications of experimental group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Large size coil embolization is effective in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms,which can accelerate the postoperative recovery,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
