中医辨证疗法对艾滋病抗病毒治疗后肝损伤的影响

Effect of TCM dialectical therapy on liver injury after anti-viral treatment of AIDS

目的:研究中医辨证疗法用于艾滋病抗病毒治疗后肝损伤的疗效。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月艾滋病抗病毒治疗后的肝损伤患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。A组采用常规西药治疗;B组采用中医辨证疗法。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗后肝功能指标CD4+明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗后天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、血清总胆红素及直接胆红素水平均显著低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证疗法用于艾滋病抗病毒治疗后的肝损伤患者,疗效显著,可有效改善患者肝功能。

Objective:To study the effect of TCM dialectical therapy on liver injury after anti-viral treatment of AIDS.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,50 cases of liver injury after anti-viral treatment of AIDS were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.A group was treated with conventional western medicine;B group was treated with TCM dialectical therapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the CD4+of liver function index in B group was higher than in A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of aspartate aminotransferase,AAT,serum total bilirubin and bilirubin direct of B group were significantly lower than A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency rate of treatment in B group was higher than A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM dialectical therapy is used in patients with liver injury after anti-viral treatment of AIDS,which has a significant effect and can effectively improve the liver function of patients.
