自制鹿茸益肾胶囊治疗肾阳虚证阳痿临床疗效评价

Clinical efficacy evaluation of self-made Lurong Yishen capsule in the treatment of asynodia with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-Yang

目的:探讨自制鹿茸益肾胶囊治疗肾阳虚证阳痿的临床效果。方法:2015年1月-2019年1月收治肾阳虚证阳痿患者176例,随机分为两组。观察组给予鹿茸益肾胶囊治疗;对照组给予益肾兴阳胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后精子运动指标水平及精子质量均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制鹿茸益肾胶囊治疗肾阳虚证阳痿疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Lurong Yishen capsule in the treatment of asynodia with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-Yang.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2019,176 cases of asynodia with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-Yang were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with self-made Lurong Yishen capsule.The control group was treated with Yishen Xingyang capsule.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sperm motility index and sperm quality in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Lurong Yishen capsule is effective in treating asynodia with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-Yang.
