梅毒检验的假阴性与假阳性结果影响因素分析

Analysis of the influencing factors of false negative and false positive results in syphilis test

目的:分析梅毒检验中假阴性和假阳性结果的影响因素。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年4月梅毒螺旋体抗体检验样本120例,先进行酶联免疫法和甲苯胺红不加热血清学检验,检验后结果存在疑义的样本重新接受检验或将样本稀释后检验,分析检验结果。结果:所有样本中,假阴性5例、假阳性4例;主要影响因素有人为因素、标本因素、生理及病理因素及检验方法因素。结论:在进行梅毒检验的过程中,需先考虑到会对结果准确性造成影响的因素,实施相应的防范措施。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of false negative and false positive results in syphilis test.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2019,120 samples of Treponema pallidum antibody test were selected for enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and unheated toluidine red serological test,after the test,the samples with doubtful results shall be tested again or the samples shall be diluted for testing,we shall analyze the test results.Results:Among all the samples,5 cases were false negative and 4 cases were false positive.The main influencing factors were human factors,specimen factors,physiological and pathological factors and test methods.Conclusion:In the process of syphilis test,we should first consider the factors that will affect the accuracy of the results,and implement the corresponding preventive measures.
