应用优质护理对妊娠期高血压疾病母婴结局的改善效果观察

Observation on the effect of high quality nursing in improving the outcome of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的:观察优质护理对妊娠期高血压疾病母婴结局的改善效果。方法:2015年5月-2017年5月收治妊娠期高血压疾病患者632例,随机分为两组,各316例。对照组采取常规护理。观察组采用优质护理。比较两组母婴结局。结果:观察组母婴结局优于对照组,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组,产妇护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理应用到妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,可使患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪得到有效缓解,确保母婴优良结局的提高,降低不良症状发生率。

Objective:To observe the effect of high quality nursing on the improvement of maternal and infant outcomes of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods:From May 2015 to May 2017,632 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 316 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used high quality nursing.We compared maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups.Results:The results of maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were better than that of the control group,the scores of HAMD and HAMA were lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of maternal care was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying high quality nursing to the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can effectively alleviate the depression and anxiety of the patients,ensure the improvement of the good outcome of delivery and reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms.
