老年糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者的护理实施探究

Exploration on the nursing implementation of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy uremia

目的:探讨对老年糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者的有效护理措施及应用效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年4月收治老年糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组开展常规护理;观察组开展优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组肾功能改善率及血糖控制率均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理应用于老年人糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者临床护理中,可显著提高疾病控制效果,改善护患关系。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the effective nursing measures on elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy uremia.Methods:From March 2017 to April 2019,64 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy uremia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing.The observation group carried out high quality nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The renal function improvement rate and blood glucose control rate in the observation group were higher than in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing to the clinical nursing of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy uremia can significantly improve the effect of disease control and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
