基于家庭医生工作室服务模式对膝骨关节炎社区康复护理的研究

Research on community rehabilitation nursing of knee osteoarthritis based on family doctor’s studio service model

目的:观察家庭医生工作室服务模式在膝骨关节炎社区康复护理中的干预效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年8月社区膝骨关节炎患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。观察组采用家庭医生工作室服务模式下的社区康复护理结合中医定向透药;对照组采用中医定向透药。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎规范化社区康复护理能够对患者进行有效干预,满足社区对膝骨关节炎的预防、治疗、康复需求。

Objective:To observe the effect of family doctor's studio service model in community rehabilitation nursing of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From May 2018 to August 2019,66 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected in community,they were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The observation group used community rehabilitation nursing based on the family doctor's studio service model combined with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug penetration.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directed drug penetration.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized community rehabilitation nursing for knee osteoarthritis can effectively intervene patients and meet the community's needs for knee osteoarthritis prevention,treatment and rehabilitation.
