探讨护理管理在结核病患者护理过程中应用的效果

Exploration on the effect of nursing management in the nursing process of patients with tuberculosis

目的:探究结核病患者临床护理中有效的护理管理策略。方法:2018年2月-2019年5月收治结核病患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组采用常规护理管理;观察组实施以人文关怀为主的护理管理。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组服务态度、护理技术与健康教育3项护理质量评分明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在结核病患者护理管理中全程落实人文关怀理念,能够有效提高治疗效果,持续改善护理质量。

Objective:To explore the effective nursing management strategies in clinical nursing of patients with tuberculosis.Methods:From February 2018 to May 2019,74 patients with tuberculosis were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing management.The observation group used nursing management based on humanistic care.We compared the application effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the scores of service attitude,nursing technology and health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the concept of humanistic care in the nursing management of tuberculosis patients can effectively improve the treatment effect and continuously improve the nursing quality.
