摘要
课程设计能力、课堂实践能力、学生发展评价与指导能力、信息技术应用能力和系统反思能力是上海市徐汇区教师关键能力培养的五大方面。在教师的区域研修探索过程中,徐汇区形成了以区域重大课改项目为载体,以关键问题解决为驱动,以院校两级研究与研修联动为机制,将关键问题解决的过程与教师关键能力提升的过程相融合的实践样态。
The abilities for curriculum design,for classroom practice,for students’development evaluation and guidance,for application of information technology and for system reflection are the five major aspects of the cultivation of teachers’key abilities in Xuhui District of Shanghai.In the exploration of teachers’regional training,Xuhui District has formed a project of major regional curriculum reform as the carrier,has put forward key-problem-solving as the motivation,has set the connection of research and training from the college and the schools as a mechanism,and has combined the key problem solving with the improvement of teachers’key abilities as a practice form.
