师道尊严的时代要义及重振路径

摘要 中国师道尊严思想源远流长,应挖掘师道尊严历久弥新的传统意蕴,“师道尊严”主要体现为“师严道尊”,其基本意蕴为“尊师重教”。伴随着新时代教育领域的深刻变革,师道尊严面临严峻挑战,其时代要义应蕴含学生崇智尚学,敬畏真理、敬畏教育,教师通过自身的专业伦理、专业精神、专业智慧维护自身尊严,政府及行政部门通过制度供给和保障体系,引导社会形成尊师重教良好风尚。而引导教师明道信道、强化教师立德垂范、促进教师业精善学、重构相互悦纳的师生关系、深化教师管理综合改革、满足教师美好生活需要,是新时代师道尊严的重振路径。 The thought of Chinese teachers’dignity has a long history with a long-time exploration of its traditional meaning,which is mainly showed in teachers’quality of“being strict and responsible”with the basic connotation of“encouraging people to respect teachers and education”.With the profound changes in education in the new era,teachers’dignity is facing severe challenges,and it should contain the essence of revering wisdom,learning,truth and education.Teachers should maintain their dignity through their own professional ethics,spirit and wisdom.Party committees,governments and administrative departments at all levels should guide the society to form a good fashion of respecting teachers and education through guarantee system.Thus,it has become a reinvigoration path for teachers’dignity in the new era to guide teachers to understand and believe the truth,to strengthen teachers’moral standard,to encourage teachers to keep learning,to reconstruct the teacher-student relationship with mutual acceptance,to deepen the comprehensive reform of teacher management,and to meet teachers’need for good life.
