新高考改革视野下的高中通识教育

Implementing General Education in High School with Perspective of College Entrance Examination Reform

通识教育不应只停留在高等教育层面,而应贯穿于基础教育和高等教育始终。从上海、浙江两地新高考改革的措施中分析得出,高中实施通识教育能培养学生各方面的技能,减缓大学通识教育与专业教育之间的矛盾,还能减轻大学新生入学后的不适感。在可行性方面,新高考的“选科选考”、注重学生能力、“走班制”以及“三位一体”措施,分别为高中实施通识教育提供了制度、内容、形式和评价机制的保障。

General education should not only be implemented in higher education,but also in basic education,so that it can go through basic and higher education systems.This paper has analyzed new college entrance examination policies experimented in Shanghai and Zhejiang province and showed that the implementation of general education in high schools can cultivate students’skills in all aspects,alleviate the pressure between general and professional education,and reduce the discomfort of freshmen after enrolling.In terms of feasibility,new policies such as‘free selection of subjects’‘emphasis on student’s abilities’‘optional classes’and‘three-in-one evaluation system’can guarantee high schools to perform well in the system,content,form and evaluation of general education.
