高中教师对综合素质评价改革认同感的调查分析——以新高考改革试点地区为例 被引量:1

摘要 综合素质评价改革的“落地”和扎实推进,需获得一线教师的普遍接受、广泛支持与深度认同。调研发现,浙沪两地教师对实施综合素质评价持支持态度,具有较强的主观意愿和内在动机。但低分题项分析结果显示,部分教师并未在此实施过程中获得足够的满足感,并认为综合素质评价因其可操作性较差而难以在具体的课堂教学活动中顺利开展。在新时期,高中教师对综合素质评价改革认同感的提升需推进以下路径:综合素质评价制度的构筑要获得深度的“文化认同”,应积极提升教师对学生综合素质评价的素养,扎实推进精准化的分层分类教师培训,进一步增强实施综合素质评价的支持保障系统。 The implementation and solid progress of comprehensive quality evaluation reform need to be widely accepted and supported and deeply recognized by many front-line teachers.This research has found that teachers from Zhejiang and Shanghai have a supportive attitude towards the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation and have strong subjective will and intrinsic motivation.However,the analysis of low-grade questions show that some teachers do not get enough satisfaction in the implementation and think that comprehensive quality evaluation is difficult to carry out in specific classroom teaching activities because of its poor operability.In the new period,the following new path should be explored for high school teachers’better recognition of the reform of comprehensive quality evaluation:achieving a deep cultural recognition for the construction of a comprehensive quality evaluation system;actively improving teachers’competence for the students’comprehensive quality evaluation;promoting accurate and hierarchical classification of teacher training;and further enhancing the support system of the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.
