摘要
在基础教育阶段推进创新型人才培养,对于回应“钱学森之问”,推动创新型国家建设意义重大。通过对我国著名科学家走向成功的案例研究,指出“思维创新、方法创新、工具创新”是创新型人才培养的三个维度,由此,要推进创新型人才在基础教育阶段的培养,应从“改变单一知识结构,提高学生思维创新能力;改进知识获取方式,加强学生方法创新能力;规范实践教学环节,强化学生工具创新能力”等方面着手,不断加大基础教育改革力度,由此形成的创新型人才必将为我国早日建成科技强国贡献力量。
It is of great significance to promote the training of innovative talents in the stage of basic education so as to respond to“Qian Xuesen’s Question”and promote the construction of an innovative country.Based on the case study of famous scientists’success in China,this paper points out that“innovative thinking,innovative method innovation and tools innovation”are three dimensions of innovative talents training.Therefore,to promote such training in the stage of basic education,we should change the single knowledge structure and improve the students’ability for innovative thinking;increase the channels of knowledge acquisition and improve the students’ability for method innovation;and standardize practice teaching and improve the students’ability for tool innovation,which can help enhance the reform of basic education.The people who grow their talents through the training will soon contribute to China’s establishment of a powerful country in science and technology.
