非编码RNAs在急性胰腺炎发病机制中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 AP是临床常见的急症,可引起严重的局部和全身并发症,病死率高,目前尚缺乏高质量循证医学证据支持的有效药物。近年来非编码RNAs在AP发病机制中的作用日益受到关注,有望成为AP潜在的生物标志物和治疗靶点。
