摘要
简要阐述了宝钢1号高炉在“2台烧结机对4座高炉”等不利条件下,炉况稳定性不强的表现及原因,重点从送风制度、装料制度、热制度、造渣制度、炉前作业等的调整方面,阐明了稳定炉况的具体措施.通过稳定炉况一系列措施的实施,1号高炉炉况顺行良好,崩滑料明显减少,热负荷波动显著减小且较稳定;主要技术经济指标改善,铁水质量改善,一级品率稳定向好;同时,炉缸温度稳定受控.
The paper briefly describes the unstable furnace working status and the reason of BaosteeFs No.1 BF under the conditions of"two sintering machines to four blast furnaces".It also introduces the measures to stabilize the furnace status from adjustment of blasting system,charging system,heat system,slagging system and casthouse operation.Implementation of these measures result in stabilized furnace working status,much less slipping and heat load fluctuation.The main techno-economics indexes and hot metal quality see improved with first-class product rate increased stably,hearth temperature stabilized and properly controlled.
