摘要 针对隧道复合式衬砌中光面防水板易出现局部破损窜水、不利于后期渗漏整治等问题,文章通过进行反粘式防水板性能试验,研究了其抗剥离、反复剥离-粘接、防窜水等性能,并对其铺挂和焊接方式进行了探讨。结果表明,反粘式防水板的自粘胶具有自愈性,其抗污能力强,能与后浇混凝土多次剥离和粘接,抗剥离强度随混凝土强度增长而提高;采用钉子或热熔垫片固定反粘式防水板,其承载力均远大于单位面积防水板的自重,能有效固定而不受后续施工影响,爬焊机焊接或直接粘接工艺均可用于防水板的搭接;足尺模拟和实际工程加压注水试验中,水压最高可达1.3 MPa,检测钉子固定部位芯样无窜水痕迹,说明反粘式防水板与二次衬砌混凝土粘结良好,防窜水性能优异,便于开展后期隧道病害整治工作。 Aiming at the channeling water caused by local damage of smooth waterproof board and disadvantage in terms of leakage treatment,it systematically studies the performance of anti-stripping,repeated stripping-bonding and channeling water resistance of the self-adhesive waterproof board by a performance test,and discusses the con⁃struction techniques and welding methods.The results show that the self-adhesive glue of waterproof board has selfhealing effect and strong stain-resistant ability,thus the waterproof board can be stripped and bonded with poured concrete for many times,and the anti-stripping strength increases with the increase of concrete strength;the bearing capacity of the waterproof board fixed by nail and hot-melt gasket is much larger than the dead weight of unit area waterproof board,effective fixation is obtained with no effect from the subsequent construction,welding by climbing welder and direct bonding technology can be used for overlapping of water board;as for the full-scale simulation and practical engineering test of pressurized water injection,the water pressure is up to 1.3 MPa and no track of channeling water of the core sample is observed at the position fixed by nail,which means the self-adhesive water⁃proof board is well bonded with the secondary lining concrete and it has good channeling resistance and advantage for later treatment of tunnel disease.
