摘要 本文运用数值模拟方法对大型铝环件淬火水槽的流场进行仿真,通过模拟分析不同的导流筒布置方案、导向均流结构下淬火水槽有效淬火冷却区介质流场分布和铝环件内外侧流速曲线,确立了适用于大型铝环件浸液式淬火水槽的导流筒布置方式和导向均流结构,为大型铝环件浸液式淬火水槽的工程优化设计提供了技术指导。 In this paper,numerical simulation method was used to analyze the flow field of a large aluminum ring quenching tank.The arrangement of the deflectors and the guiding equalizing structure for the large aluminum ring quenching tank can be determined by analyzing the layout schemes of different guide tubes,distribution of the medium flow field in the effective quenching cooling zone of the quenching tank under the structure of guided uniform flow and the inside-outside velocity curves of the aluminum ring,which can provide technical reference for the optimization design of large aluminum ring quenching tank.
