摘要 本文研究不同冷却制度对锻造退火后X70级管线钢组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,炉冷试样组织由较粗大的多边形铁素体、准多边形铁素体和少量粒状贝氏体组成;空冷试样组织由细小的准多边形铁素体和粒状贝氏体组成;水冷试样组织由大量的粒状、板条状贝氏体及少量马氏体和铁素体组成。水冷淬火处理试样的显微硬度可达到229.24 HV,明显高于另外两种实验钢。 The effect of different cooling mechanism on microstructure and hardness for X70 pipeline steel after forging treatment was investigated in this study.The results show that sample after furnace cooling is contained coarse polygonal ferrite(PF),quasi-polygonal ferrite(QF)and a small amount of granular bainite(GB).Sample after air cooling is contained finer quasi-polygonal ferrite(QF)and granular bainite(GB).Sample after water cooling quenching treatment is contained a large amount of granular bainite(GB),lath bainite(LB),a small amount of martensite and ferrite.The average microhardness of sample steel after water cooling is 229.24 HV,which is obviously more higher than other two tested steels.
