摘要 马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢FV520(B)是离心压缩机叶轮的主要选材之一。锻件毛坯粗加工成圆盘状后进行预备热处理,目的是尽可能降低材料的硬度,有利于叶轮叶片的数控铣制加工。目前叶轮锻件主要采用固溶化→调整→时效的三道预备热处理工艺,但该方法周期较长。本文结合材料的热处理机理,研究一种两道工序的预备热处理工艺,可缩短周期,降低成本。 Martensite precipitation-hardened steel FV520(B)is one of the main material for centrifugal compress.The preheating treatment after rough machining of forging blank carried out disc shape is to decrease the hardness of material as far as possible,which is conducive to numerical control milling of impeller blade.At present,the three-step preheating treatment process with solid solution,adjustment and aging is mainly used for impeller forgings,which is easy to cause a long cycle.In this paper,a two-step preheating treatment technology is mainly studied with the heat treatment mechanism of materials,which can shorten the cycle and reduce the cost.
