摘要
真空淬火中出现淬后制件硬度不足、不均匀及氧化、渗碳等现象,本文针对这些缺陷,分析了其产生原因,提出工艺工件控制制度、设备管理和日常监督等三方面控制措施,以解决真空淬火中常见故障。
There have many problems after vacuum quenching,such as insufficient and uneven hardness,oxidation,carburization,etc.In order to solve the common problems,the causes of these defects are analyzed in this paper,and put forward three control measures,such as process control system,equipment management and daily supervision,which is to solve the common failures in the vacuum quenching.
