论地方高校师范生教育的三对关系 被引量:2

On the Three Pairs of Relations in Normal Students Education at Local Universities

摘要 地方高校具有师范教育的办学历史,是我国师范生培养体系的重要组成部分。随着国家对教师教育的重视,地方高校也开始重新发展师范类专业。地方高校办师范专业首先应明确"为何而教"的问题,才能保障师范教育的长期发展。地方高校应在深刻理解乡村与城市、师范类专业与学科建设、知识与能力之间关系的基础上,从师范生教育的培养导向、专业建构和课程组织3方面着手,确立以培养乡村教师为主的办学方向,加强师范专业的学科建设,完善教育理论与教育实践相融合的课程体系,提高师范生教育的有效性,从而更好地服务、支撑和引领地方基础教育的发展。 Local universities have a long history of running normal education,which is an important part of the training system of normal students in China.With the state s emphasis on teacher education,local universities have begun to re-develop teachers specialty.First of all,local universities should clarify the issue of“why to teach”to ensure the long-term development of normal education.Secondly,local universities should have a deep understanding of the relationship between rural and urban areas,teachers and disciplines,knowledge and ability.From the three aspects of training guidance,professional construction and curriculum organization of normal students education,they should make clear the curriculum structure that focuses on training rural teachers,strengthen the discipline construction of normal majors,and improve the integration of educational theory and educational practice.This will help to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of normal students education and better serve,support and guide the development of local basic education.
