重大疫情背景下教师教育理念的再审视

Re-examination of Teachers Education Concept in the Context of Pandemic

2020年初突发新冠肺炎疫情,举国上下共同抗"疫",体现了中华民族团结奋战、共克时艰的凝聚力,但这场疫情同时还暴露出部分国民的综合素养问题。全社会对疫情的认识、防控和应对折射出人们关于生命、生存和生活的价值理念及思维方式,这与人们成长过程中所接受的文化熏染和教育引导息息相关。在教师教育过程中融入生命教育、生存教育、生活教育,对各级各类学校的教师将产生正确的导向作用,对各级各类学校人才培养质量的提升也将产生积极的影响。因此,要坚持以"人"为核心的教育理念,重视学生作为"人"的生命、生存和生活,不断促进学生的自主发展、社会参与以及文化修养的提升。要打好"生命教育"的基础,关注学生的身心健康;抓住"生存教育"的根本,唤起学生的公民责任;追求"生活教育"的目标,丰富学生的精神文化。

Facing the COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020,Chinese people worked jointly and undauntedly to fight against the pandemic.It has not only demonstrated Chinese nation s solidarity and hard work,but also revealed problems among some people.How the whole society understands,prevents and controls the pandemic reflects people s values and ways of thinking about life,survival and living,which are closely related to the cultural influence and educational guidance they receive.The integration of life education,survival education and living education in the process of teacher education will play a proper guiding role for teachers at all levels and all kinds of schools,and will also have a positive impact on improving the quality of talent training.We must adhere to the educational concept with“people”as the core,and attach importance to the life,survival and living of students as“people”so as to continuously promote students independent development,social participation and cultural cultivation.To be more specific,we need to lay a good foundation for“life education”and pay attention to the physical and mental health of students,grasp the fundamentals of“survival education”and arouse the civic responsibility of students,and pursue the goal of“living education”and enrich students spiritual culture.
