贫困乡村的旅游扶贫新路径研究

A New Path Research of Tourism Poverty Alleviation in Poor Rural Areas

乡村旅游扶贫是支持产业扶贫和精准扶贫的重要举措,在实现贫困区域的地方发展和贫困人口的民生改善等方面做出了长远而又积极的贡献。随着我国的扶贫工作进入深水区,对扶贫效力与可持续性提出了更高要求,传统乡村旅游扶贫模式的带动作用日渐乏力,且在收益分配、扶危扶困效力等方面问题凸显。在后扶贫时代与乡村振兴的叠加背景下,笔者创新乡村旅游扶贫富民路线,以期为地方乡村旅游的提升与优化提供路线指导与实践建议。

Rural tourism poverty alleviation is one of the important forces that support poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation.It has made long-term and positive contributions to the local development of poverty-stricken areas and the improvement of people's livelihood of the poor.In the deep water area,higher requirements have been put forward for the effectiveness and sustainability of poverty alleviation.The traditional rural tourism poverty alleviation model has become less and less effective,which has obvious problems in the distribution of income and the effectiveness of helping the poor,and in the post-poverty era and rural revitalization.Under the superimposed background,innovative rural tourism will help the poor and enrich the people,and provides guidance and practical advice for the promotion and optimization of local rural tourism.
