摘要
目的在不断深化医改和国有企业主辅剥离的新形势下,企业医院进行绩效管理体系建设的实践探索。方法:以企业型三级综合M医院为例基于RBRVS方法构建医院综合绩效考评体系。结果:通过对比分析RBRVS绩效方案实施前后相关数据的变化,发现医院整体工作量增长明显,手术等级结构优化,疑难危重症救治能力提高,成本管控效果显著,运营管理创新水平提升。结论:新绩效方案的实践对于促进企业医院整体高效、健康可持续发展至关重要,具有一定的借鉴意义。企业医院处于转型的关键时期积极探索并思考如何提升绩效管理水平是企业医院发展过程中的重要课题并值得深入探讨。
Objective:Toexplore the practice of performance management system construction in enterprise hospitals under the new situation of deepening the medical reform and the separation of the state-owned enterprises from the main and auxiliary enterprises.Methods:A case study of enterprise type tertiary general M hospital which was established comprehensive performan ceevaluation system based on RBRVS method.Results:Through the comparative analysis of the changes of relevant data before and after the implementation of RBRVS performance plan,it is found that the overall workload of the hospital has increased significantly,the treatment capacity of difficult and critical diseases has been improved by theoperation level structure has been optimized,the cost control effect has been significant,and the innovation level of operation management has been improved.Conclusion:It is important to promote the overall efficient of enterprise hospitals throgh thenew performance plan.During the key period of transformation,how to improve the level of performance management is needed worthy of in-depth discussion.
