新型中空棉纱开发思路及其产品性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 探讨一种纺制中空棉纱的新思路,并对其产品性能进行对比分析。通过在传统粗纱机上改造,加装粗纱包芯装置,使得棉纤维和水溶性维纶短纤在粗纱阶段形成皮芯结构,应用环锭纺设备一次性直接纺制成中空棉包芯纱。采用该新型纺纱方式和棉水溶性维纶短纤混纺两种方式纺制中空棉纱,并织制中空棉织物,与传统长丝包芯方式生产的中空棉织物及普通纯棉织物进行性能指标分析与对比。结果表明:中空棉织物轻柔舒适、吸水速干,其性能指标优于普通纯棉织物;与现有的长丝包芯方式相比,该新型纺纱方式和混纺方式生产的中空棉织物生产成本可大幅降低,且可以实现棉纤维与水溶性维纶成纱组分灵活配比。认为:该新型纺纱方式纺制中空棉纱具有很好的性价比。 A new idea for spinning hollow cotton yarn was discussed,properties of its products were compared and analyzed.Traditional roving machine was modified and installed roving core-spun device,cotton fiber and watersoluble vinylon staple fiber were formed skin-core structure in roving process,which was directly spun into hollow cotton core-spun yarn by ring spinning device.The new spinning method and cotton water-soluble vinylon staple fi⁃ber blended spinning were used to spin hollow cotton yarn,hollow cotton fabric was woven.Property index of the new hollow cotton fabric,traditional filament core hollow filament fabric and ordinary pure cotton fabric were ana⁃lyzed and contrasted.The results showed that hollow cotton fabric was soft and comfortable,moisture absorption and quick-drying property index were better than that of ordinary pure cotton fabric.Compared with the existed filament core-spun method,production cost of hollow cotton fabric produced by the new spinning method and blending meth⁃od can be greatly reduced.Flexible ratio of cotton fiber and water-soluble vinylon yarn components was achieved.It is considered that hollow cotton yarn spun by the new spinning method hollow cotton yarn was better cost-effective.
