传统纺纱设备智能化升级改造思路探讨

探讨传统纺纱设备智能化升级改造的思路。分析了纺纱智能化的进程以及存在的问题,提出传统纺纱设备改造的迫切性,并从传统纺纱设备改造的经济性和复杂性等方面,总结出传统纺纱设备改造的思路。认为:传统纺纱设备智能化升级改造需做好新旧设备的协同改造和创新,可将智能化实施过程中取得的经验借鉴到老旧设备改造中,并制定详细的设备改造方案,遵循改造原则,为顺利实现老旧设备改造目标奠定良好的基础。

Intelligent upgrade and transformation idea of traditional spinning equipment were discussed.Pro⁃cess and existed problems of intelligent spinning were analyzed.Urgency transformation of traditional spinning equip⁃ment was put forward.Transformation ideas of traditional spinning equipment were summarized from aspects of economy and complexity.It is considered that collaborative transformation and innovation of old and new equipment should be done well in intelligent upgrading and transformation of traditional spinning equipment.Experience gained from intelligent implementation process can be used for transformation of old equipment.Detailed equipment transfor⁃mation plan should be formulated to follow principles of transformation,which lay a better foundation for successful realization of old equipment transformation.
