摘要
探讨J26型喷气纺纱机风箱花自动收集系统的设计方案。简述了J26型喷气纺纱机成纱原理及风箱花产生的原因。以7台J26型喷气纺纱机为例,对风箱花自动化收集系统进行设计并介绍其控制策略。风箱花收集系统的设计实现了风箱花自动收集和自动打包的功能,系统运行比较稳定。认为:风箱花的收集形式目前正处在人工向自动化过渡阶段,得益稳定的系统、先进的控制程序,风箱花自动收集形式将被广泛应用于纺织企业。
Design scheme of automatic collection system for bellows waste of J26 air-jet spinning machine was discussed.Yarn forming principle of J26 air-jet spinning machine and causes of bellows were briefly described.Seven J26 air-jet spinning machines were taken as examples,bellows waste automatic collection system was designed and its control strategy was introduced.Function of bellows waste automatic collection and packaging were realized be⁃cause of the bellows waste automatic collection system.The system ran relatively stable.It is considered that bellows collection form of bellows waste is currently in the transitional phase from manual to automation.Benefiting from sta⁃ble system and advanced control procedures,bellows waste automatic collection form will be widely used in textile enterprises.
