立足于中国法治实践的法学研究——《法律科学》刊发论文引证分析(2014-2018)

On the Chinese Legal Research Based on the Practice of the Rule of Law--Citation Analysis of Papers Published in Legal Science(2014-2018)

研究期刊的论文质量和影响力是对其学术质量进行评价的重要途径之一,法学界已有一些学者采用不同方法对法学研究进行了深入的研究和探索,但是以单一期刊作为研究对象进行分析的文章较少。立足于中国法治实践,对《法律科学》期刊2014~2018年的发文和引证情况进行研究,可以看出该期刊的研究现状、质量、研究热点和在学界所处的地位,由此从学术研究层面探知中国法学教育与法学研究之间的某些关联,以期为中国法治实践和法学教育提供一个观察视角。

The research of journal paper quality and influence is one of the important ways to evaluate the journal and the papers’academic quality.Some legal scholars have used different methods to research and explore deeply in the domain of legal research.However,there are few researches that take a single journal as a research object to analyze.By researching the publication and citation of the journal of Legal Science,the authors strive for investigate the research status,quality,the focus of research and status of the journal in the academic world.In the meantime,the authors endeavor to discover the relationship between Chinese legal education and law research in the domain of legal research to provide an analytical and empirical perspective for the practice of rule of law in China and the advancement of Chinese legal education.
