组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的应用

Application of Combined External Fixation Bracket in Orthopedic Surgery of Limb Trauma

目的探究在四肢创伤骨科手术中运用组合式外固定支架治疗的应用价值。方法选取于2018年5月-2019年6月该院创伤骨科收治的140例四肢创伤患者,随机分为观察组(组合式外固定支架治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各70例。结果与对照组(81.43%)相比,观察组治疗优良率(97.14%)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.019,P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组精神健康、精力、一般状况、躯体功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感功能及生理功能各指标评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(t=15.012、12.624、13.128、16.069、11.184、14.097、12.341、15.385,P<0.05);同时,相比于对照组(12.86%),观察组并发症发生率(5.71%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.954,P<0.05)。结论在四肢创伤骨科手术中运用组合式外固定支架治疗后具有非常显著的临床价值,不仅能够提高治疗优良率,还可以降低并发症发生率,同时能够促进患者的生活质量得到明显改善,其临床价值较显著。

Objective To explore the application value of combined external fixation brackets in orthopedic surgery of limb trauma.Methods From May 2018 to June 2019,140 patients with limb trauma who were treated in the Department of Traumatology and Orthopaedics were randomly divided into the observation group(combined external fixation treatment)and the control group(conventional treatment)each with 70 people.Results Compared with the control group(81.43%),the excellent treatment rate(97.14%)in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.019,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the mental health,energy,general condition,and physical function of the observation group,physiological function,social function,emotional function and physiological function scores were higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.012,12.624,13.128,16.069,11.184,14.097,12.341,15.385,P<0.05);meanwhile,compared with the control group(12.86%),the incidence of complications(5.71%)in the observation group was low,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.954,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined external fixation stent in orthopedic surgery of extremity trauma has very significant clinical value.It can not only improve the excellent treatment rate,but also reduce the incidence of complications.At the same time,it can promote the patients'quality of life to be significantly improved.The value is more significant.
