组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的临床应用效果

Clinical Effect of Combined External Fixation Bracket in Orthopaedic Surgery of Limb Trauma

目的探究组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的临床应用效果。方法选择该院2018年8月-2019年10月收治的82例行四肢创伤骨科手术的患者,按照固定方式的不同,分为研究组和对照组,比较治疗效果、创面愈合时间、骨折恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果研究组的治疗优良率为95.1%,明显高于对照组的80.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.614,P<0.05);研究组及对照组的创面愈合时间、骨折恢复时间分别为(32.73±10.24)d和(85.63±15.84)d,明显低于对照组的(49.56±13.57)d和(162.85±24.55)d,差异有统计学意义(t=23.057、25.584,P<0.05);研究组并发症的发生率为7.2%,明显低于对照组(26.9%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.511,P<0.05)。结论组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的临床应用效果较为理想,可缩短骨折愈合时间,并发症发生率低。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of combined external fixation bracket in orthopaedic surgery of limb trauma.Methods Eighty-two patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery of limb trauma were selected from our hospital from August 2018 to October 2019.They were divided into study group and control group according to different fixation methods.The treatment effect,wound healing time,and fracture recovery were compared Time and incidence of complications.Results The excellent and good treatment rate of the study group was 95.1%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 80.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.614,P<0.05).The wound healing time and fracture recovery time of the study group and the control group were(32.73±10.24)d and(85.63±15.84)d,which were significantly lower than(49.56±13.57)d and(162.85±24.55)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.057,25.584,P<0.05)in the control group;the incidence of complications in the study group was 7.2%,significantly lower than the control group(26.9%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.511,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined external fixation stent is ideal in orthopedic surgery for extremity trauma.It can shorten the fracture healing time and the incidence of complications is low.
