胸锁关节固定板内固定治疗胸锁关节脱位

Internal Fixation with Sternoclavicular Joint Fixation Plate for Sternoclavicular Joint Dislocation

目的对胸锁关节固定板内固定治疗胸锁关节脱位的治疗效果进行分析和研究。方法选择该院收治的42例胸锁关节脱位的患者作为该次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2010年1月-2019年1月,按照随机数字表法将患者换分为参照组和试验组,参照组20例,试验组22例。采用力带固定关节融合术治疗参照组,通过自行设计的胸锁关节固定板治疗试验组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和研究。结果经过精心的治疗,试验组患者优良率达到了95.45%,参照组优良率达到了70.00%,试验组的优良率明显高于参照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.837,P<0.05)。结论采用胸锁关节固定板内固定的方式对胸锁关节脱位患者进行治疗效果显著,其能够有效恢复患者的胸锁关节解剖结构,而且可以达到很好的稳定性和外观。

Objective To analyze and study the therapeutic effect of sternoclavicular joint fixation plate for sternoclavicular joint dislocation.Methods Forty-two patients with dislocation of sternoclavicular joint treated in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The period of time was from January 2010 to January 2019.The patients were divided into a reference group and a trial group according to the random number table method,20 cases in the reference group and 22 cases in the test group.The force band fixation joint fusion treatment reference group was used to analyze and study the treatment effects of the two groups of patients through the self-designed sternoclavicular joint fixation plate treatment test group.Results After careful treatment,the excellent and good rate of patients in the test group reached 95.45%.The excellent rate of the reference group reached 70.00%.The excellent rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the two groups were compared.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.837,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sternoclavicular fixation plate internal fixation for the treatment of patients with sternoclavicular joint dislocation is effective.It can effectively restore the sternoclavicular joint anatomy of patients,and can achieve good stability and appearance.
