黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效

Efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application in Treating Chronic Gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency

目的分析黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法将2018年9月-2019年9月期间在该院进行治疗的200例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者纳入研究,按照计算机表法将两组患者区分成研究组和参照组,每组100例患者。两组患者均接受常规西药的方式进行治疗,研究组患者另外应用黄芪建中汤进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗结果进行对比。结果治疗前两组患者的中医症候评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的数据明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.295、9.586、23.426、15.652,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000);研究组患者的治疗疗效为91.00%(91/100),参照组患者的治疗疗效为76.00%(76/100),研究组明显高于参照组,其数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.652,P=0.000)。结论对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者应用黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷法进行治疗,其临床效果较为理想,能够显著改善患者的治疗疗效,因而具有广泛应用的价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic spleen and stomach deficiency cold gastritis.Methods 200 patients with chronic spleen and stomach deficiency type cold gastritis treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were included in the study,and the two groups of patients were divided into a study group and a reference group according to the computer table method.Each group received 100 patients.Both groups of patients received conventional Western medicine for treatment.The patients in the study group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups of patients before treatment was the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the data of the patients in the study group were significantly better than the reference group,including:gastric pain,epigastric discomfort,nausea and vomiting,and loss of appetite.The difference was statistically significant(t=22.295,9.586,23.426,15.652,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000);the therapeutic effect of patients in the study group was 91.00%(91/100),and the therapeutic effect of patients in the reference group was 76.00%(76/100).The study group was significantly higher than the reference group,and the data contrast difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.652,P=0.000).Conclusion Huangqijianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic spleen-stomach deficiency cold gastritis patients has ideal clinical effect and can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,so it has wide application value.
