标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤效果探究

Effect of Standard Traumatic Bone Flap Decompression for Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的研究与分析标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤效果。方法来该院进行治疗的患有重型颅脑损伤的52例患者作为该次研究的研究对象,该次研究的时间段为2016年3月-2019年3月,根据患者的入院先后顺序进行单双号标记,其中单号患者作为常规治疗组,进行常规骨瓣开颅术治疗,而双号患者作为大骨瓣减压术组,进行标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗,随后观察两组患者的格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、颅内压(ICP)水平、总体干预水平以及术后并发症发生率等情况。结果大骨瓣减压术组与常规治疗组患者治疗后的格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、颅内压(ICP)水平以及术后并发症发生率等指标分别为(8.95±1.23)分、(162.89±28.68)mm H2O、11.5% vs (6.89±1.18)分、(190.38±30.29)mm H2O、38.5%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=6.162、3.361,P<0.05;χ^2=5.026,P<0.05)。结论标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤效果显著,可以在临床上加以推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of standard traumatic large bone flap decompression on severe head injury.Methods 52 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who came to the hospital for treatment were the research object of this study.The research period of this study was from March 2016 to March 2019,according to the order of patients'admission Single and double number marks were performed,in which the single number was used as the conventional treatment group and conventional bone flap craniotomy was performed,while the double number was used as the large bone decompression group and standard traumatic large bone flap decompression treatment was performed,followed by observation Glasgow coma score(GCS),intracranial pressure(ICP)level,and incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups.Results The Glasgow Coma Score(GCS),intracranial pressure(ICP)level,overall intervention level,and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly different between the large bone flap decompression group and the conventional treatment group(8.95±1.23)points,(162.89±28.68)mmH2O,11.5%VS(6.89±1.18)points,(190.38±30.29)mm H2O,38.5%,the data comparison difference was statistically significant(t=6.162、3.361,P<0.05;χ^2=5.026,P<0.05).Conclusion The standard traumatic large bone flap decompression for the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury is significant,and it can be promoted clinically.
