腹腔镜手术配合辅助生殖技术治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕的疗效

The Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Assisted Reproduction Technology in the Treatment of Endometriosis Infertility

目的对子宫内膜异位症不孕患者采用腹腔镜手术配合辅助生殖技术治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院收治的患有子宫内膜异位症的患者80例作为该次研究纳入的对象,选取时间段为2018年2月-2019年3月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为单一手术组和联合治疗组,每组各40例。采用腹腔镜技术对单一手术组予以治疗,采用腹腔镜技术联合辅助生殖技术对联合治疗组予以治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果单一手术组中有10例患者成功妊娠,共计达到了25.0%的妊娠成功率,联合治疗组中有25例患者成功妊娠,共计达到了62.5%的妊娠成功率。联合治疗组的妊娠成功率明显优于单一手术组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.528,P<0.05)。单一手术组中有5例患者复发,共计达到了12.5%的复发率,联合治疗组中有4例患者复发,共计达到了10.0%的复发率。联合治疗组的复发率略低于单一手术组,但差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.275,P>0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术配合辅助生殖技术对子宫内膜异位症不孕患者进行治疗能够极大地提升妊娠成功率,并且疾病复发率比较低。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with assisted reproduction technology in the treatment of infertility patients with endometriosis.Methods Eighty patients with endometriosis treated in thehospital were selected as the subjects included in this study.The time period was selected from February 2018 to March 2019,and they were divided into single patients according to the random number table,40 cases in each of the surgery group and the combined treatment group.Laparoscopy was used to treat the single operation group,and laparoscopy combined with assisted reproduction technology was used to treat the combined treatment group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results 10 patients in the single operation group achieved pregnancy successfully,reaching a pregnancy success rate of 25.0%in total,and 25 patients in the combined treatment group successfully achieved pregnancy,a total pregnancy success rate of 62.5%.The pregnancy success rate of the combined treatment group was significantly better than that of the single surgery group,and the two groups of patients were compared,the difference between the two group was statistically significant(χ^2=17.528,P<0.05).5 patients in the single surgery group relapsed,reaching a total recurrence rate of 12.5%,and 4 patients in the combined treatment group relapsed,reaching a total recurrence rate of 10.0%.The recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was slightly lower than that of the single surgery group,but there was no statistically significant difference(χ^2=0.275,P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with assisted reproductive technology in the treatment of endometriosis infertility patients can greatly improve the success rate of pregnancy,and the disease recurrence rate is relatively low.
