米非司酮在妇产科疾病治疗中的临床效果及不良反应分析

Analysis of Clinical Effects and Adverse Reactions of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Obstetrics and Gynecology Diseases

目的探究在妇产科疾病治疗中运用米非司酮治疗的临床效果和不良反应发生情况。方法选取120例在2018年5月-2019年5月该院妇产科收治的患者,随机分为观察组(米非司酮治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),各60例。对比两组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组(83.33%)相比,观察组终止妊娠、恶性肿瘤及子宫性疾病的治疗总有效率(93.33%)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.518,P<0.05);且相比于对照组(21.67%),观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.214,P<0.05)。结论在妇产科疾病治疗中运用米非司酮治疗后,不仅可以提高临床治疗效果,还能够减少不良反应的发生,保证患者治疗的安全性,其临床价值较显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of mifepristone in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology diseases.Methods A total of 120 patients who were admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(mifepristone treatment)and the control group(routine treatment)each with 60 people.The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(83.33%),the total effective rate(93.33%)of termination of pregnancy,malignant tumors and uterine diseases in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.518,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions(6.67%)in the observation group and the control group of 21.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.214,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mifepristone in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology diseases can not only improve the clinical treatment effect,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and ensure the safety of patients'treatment.Its clinical value is significant.
