预见性护理在脑出血患者急诊急救应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Predictive Nursing in Emergency Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析预见性护理在脑出血患者急诊急救应用效果分析。方法选择该院急诊科2018年5月-2019年5月收治急性脑出血患者100例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例采用常规护理,研究组50例实施预见性护理,对两组意识清醒时间、并发症、满意度及生活质量比较。结果研究组意识清醒的时间(50.15±9.28)min比对照组(68.27±11.62)min少,差异有统计学意义(t=30.013,P<0.05);研究组呼吸道感染、尿道感染等并发症比对照组低(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05);研究组满意度为94.00%比对照组高(χ^2=5.316,P<0.05);研究组躯体功能(87.90±2.27)分、社会功能(88.52±2.45)分等生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.801、19.264、21.006、22.565,P<0.05)。结论对急性脑出血患者实施预见性护理,可减少并发症发生,有效提高患者满意度和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in the emergency and emergency treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional care,and 50 patients in the research group were given predictive care.Comparison of consciousness time,complications,satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups.Results The consciousness time in the study group was(50.15±9.28)min less than that in the control group(68.27±11.62)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=30.013,P<0.05).The control group was low(χ^2=5.005,P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was 94.00%higher than that of the control group(χ^2=5.316,P<0.05);physical function(87.90±2.27)points,and social function(88.52±2.45)points.The graded quality of life score was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.801、19.264、21.006、22.565,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing predictive care for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can reduce complications and effectively improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
