无缝隙护理在肝硬化患者护理中的效果观察及满意度评价

Effect Observation and Satisfaction Evaluation of Seamless Nursing in Nursing of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的观察和研究无缝隙护理在肝硬化患者护理中的效果,并由患者对护理满意度进行评价。方法该次研究选择了在2018年7月-2019年6月期间该院接诊治疗的肝硬化患者43例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组患者接受无缝隙护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,将两组患者的治疗依存性、护理满意度、护理后的生活质量以及平均住院治疗时间进行分析和对比。结果研究组患者的治疗依存性为95.45%,生活质量评分为(84.36±5.71)分,护理满意评分为(92.18±5.63)分,接受常规护理的对照组患者的治疗依从性为71.43%、生活质量评分为(70.23±4.19)分、护理满意评分为(86.76±5.44)分,研究组的依从性、生活质量以及护理满意评分显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.550,P=0.030;t=9.210,P=0.000;t=3.200,P=0.000);研究组平均住院时间为(12.75±3.41)d,对照组为平均(16.28±5.73)d,研究组患者平均住院时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.480,P=0.000)。结论无缝隙护理在肝硬化患者护理中的效果较好,患者的护理满意度高,并且患者的生活质量得到了提升,缩短了其住院时间。

Objective To observe and study the effect of seamless nursing in the care of patients with liver cirrhosis,and to evaluate the satisfaction of nursing by patients.Methods For this study,43 patients with liver cirrhosis who were treated in the department from July 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in the study group received seamless care,and patients in the control group received routine care.The treatment dependency,nursing satisfaction,quality of life after care,and average hospitalization time were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment dependence of the study group was 95.45%,the quality of life score was(84.36±5.71)points,the nursing satisfaction score was(92.18±5.63)points,and the control dependency of the control group patients receiving conventional care was 71.43%,quality of life score was(70.23±4.19)points,nursing satisfaction score was(86.76±5.44)points,he study group's dependency,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.550,P=0.030;t=9.210,P=0.000;t=3.200,P=0.000);the average hospital stay in the study group was(12.75±3.41)d,and the average time in the control group was(16.28±5.73)d,the average hospital stay of patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.480,P=0.000).Conclusion Seamless gap nursing has a good effect in the care of patients with liver cirrhosis,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high.The quality of life of patients has been improved,and the length of hospitalization has been shortened.
