胸外科患者术后行综合护理对下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Comprehensive Nursing for Patients with Thoracic Surgery on Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs

目的探讨胸外科患者术后行综合护理对下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果。方法选择该院胸外科在2018年1月-2019年7月时间段内收治的74例患者展开研究分析,以随机双盲法将74例患者分为两组,各37例,比较分析两组患者的自我护理能力评分以及下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果干预组患者在自我护理概念(23.25±2.44)分、自我护理责任感(22.14±2.13)分、自我护理知识(40.61±3.92)分、自我护理技能(27.51±3.35)分方面的评分均高于对照组(19.82±2.21)分、(18.62±2.16)分、(28.15±4.34)分、(20.73±3.06)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.338、7.058、12.960、9.090,P<0.05);干预组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为2.70%明显低于对照组的27.03%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.649,P<0.05)。结论胸外科患者术后行综合护理,有利于患者形成自我护理概念以及自我护理责任感,提高患者的自我护理知识水平与自我护理技能水平,有利于降低患者出现下肢深静脉血栓的风险性,继而改善患者预后质量。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of postoperative comprehensive nursing for patients with thoracic surgery on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods A total of 74 patients who underwent thoracic surgery in the hospital during the period from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected for analysis.The randomized double-blind method was used to divide 74 patients into two groups,each with 37 patients.The patient's self-care ability score and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities.Results The scores of the intervention group on self-care concept(23.25±2.44)points,self-care responsibility(22.14±2.13)points,self-care knowledge(40.61±3.92)points,and self-care skills(27.51±3.35)points were all higher than the control group(19.82±2.21)points,(18.62±2.16)points,(28.15±4.34)points,(20.73±3.06)points,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(t=6.338,7.058,12.960,9.090,P<0.05);the incidence rate of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the intervention group was 2.70%It was significantly lower than 27.03%in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=8.649,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing after thoracic surgery patients is conducive to the concept of self-care and self-care responsibility of patients,improve the level of self-care knowledge and self-care skills of patients,and help reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs,and then improve patients'prognosis quality.
