全身麻醉胃镜下治疗上消化道出血临床护理要点及实施效果探讨

General Nursing Points of General Anesthesia and Gastroscopy for Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的研究全身麻醉胃镜下治疗上消化道出血临床护理要点及实施效果。方法从2017年12月-2018年12月到该院接受上消化道治疗的患者中随机选择全身麻醉胃镜治疗的110例患者参与该次研究,根据入院治疗的先后顺序将他们分为两组,每组各55例上消化道出血患者,在其他基础资料一致的情况下,为对照组上消化道出血患者进行常规护理,为观察组上消化道出血患者进行围手术期护理,将两组上消化道出血患者经过护理后的止血情况和护理满意度进行对比。结果对照组上消化道出血患者经过护理后,大多数患者止血时间为24~48 h,护理满意度为74.5%;观察组上消化道出血患者经过护理后,大多数患者止血时间<24 h,护理满意度为96.4%。两组上消化道出血患者的临床护理实施效果差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.490,P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉胃镜下治疗上消化道出血患者接受了围手术期护理后提高了抢救率,降低了上消化道出血患者的病死率,缩短了止血时间,取得了理想的临床治疗效果,促进上消化道出血患者及其家属护理满意度的提升,缓解了目前我国较为紧张的医患关系。

Objective To study the main points of clinical nursing and its effect in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding under general anesthesia and gastroscopy.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,a total of 110 patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal treatment in the hospital were randomly selected to participate in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.In each group,55 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were given routine care for the control group of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,while other basic data were consistent.The observation group was given perioperative care for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,the hemostasis of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the control group,the majority of patients had hemostasis time of 24-48 hours and the satisfaction of nursing was 74.5%;in the observation group,the patients of upper gastrointestinal bleeding had the hemostasis time of less than 24 hours after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction was 96.4%.There was a statistically significant difference in the effectiveness of clinical care between the two groups of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(χ^2=12.490,P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia and gastroscopy treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding after receiving perioperative care improves the rescue rate,reduces the mortality of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,shortens the time of hemostasis,achieves the ideal clinical treatment effect,and promotes the improvement of nursing satisfaction of upper digestion patients with canal hemorrhage and their families,which has eased the current tension between doctors and patients in China and.
