目的研究PICC置管后防止感染管路维护与护理效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年9月期间在该院接受治疗的120例肿瘤患者为临床研究对象,所有患者均接受PICC置管,将其随机分为两组,包括观察组与对照组,各占60例,对照组根据常规标准执行临床护理,观察组在对照组基础上,给予感染管路维护及护理改进,对比两组患者并发症发生率、护理满意度之间的差异。结果观察组患者导管感染1例、脱落2例、渗血1例,总发生率6.67%显著低于对照组5例、6例、4例、总发生率25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.625,P<0.05);观察组非常满意36例、满意22例、不满意2例、护理满意度96.67%,对照组非常满意30例、满意18例、不满意12例、护理满意度80.00%,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组。差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.358,P<0.05)。结论给予感染管路维护及护理改进措施,能够有效提升PICC置管后的感染防治效果,提升管路维护效果,降低导管感染率,满意度高。

Objective To study the maintenance and nursing effects of PICC tube to prevent infection.Methods A total of 120 tumor patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as clinical research subjects.All patients received PICC catheterization,and they were randomly divided into two groups,including observation group and control group.Each accounted for 60 cases.The control group performed clinical nursing according to conventional standards.The observation group based on the control group was given maintenance of the infection pipeline and improved care.The differences between the two groups of patients were compared with the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results In the observation group,there were 1 case of catheter infection,2 cases of shedding,and 1 case of bleeding.The total incidence was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group of 5 cases,6 cases,and 4 cases.The total incidence was 25.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.625,P<0.05);the observation group was very satisfied with 36 cases,22 satisfied,2 dissatisfied,and 96.67%satisfied with the nursing care,while the control group was very satisfied with 30,18 satisfied,and 12 dissatisfied,nursing satisfaction was 80.00%,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.the difference was statistical significance(χ^2=9.358,P<0.05).Conclusion The maintenance and nursing improvement measures of the infection pipeline can effectively improve the infection prevention and treatment effect after PICC catheterization,improve the maintenance effect of the pipeline,reduce the infection rate of the catheter,and have high satisfaction.
