考虑虚拟电厂组合策略的售电公司优化调度及购售电决策 被引量:24

Optimal Dispatching and Purchase-sale Decision Making of Electricity Retailers Considering Virtual Power Plant Combination Strategies

摘要 在开放的电力市场环境下,售电竞争愈发激烈。拥有配电网运营权的售电公司,在分散式资源交易准入和调度安全要求下,如何通过虚拟电厂整合多种资源参与电力市场运行,调度所辖配网内的电力资源,提高购售电收益,是售电公司在市场竞争中取得有利地位的关键。基于含虚拟电厂交易组合平台的售电公司运营框架,将虚拟电厂的实时动态组合纳入优化调度中,以售电公司的运营经济性为目标,提出了考虑虚拟电厂动态组合策略的售电公司调度方法。最后通过修改的IEEE33节点配电系统进行了算例分析,结果表明,通过合理组合虚拟电厂和调度分布式能源、可调负荷、虚拟电厂,可以使售电公司在保证所辖配电网安稳运行的同时,整合利用分散式资源参与市场,实现售电公司运行经济效益的最大化。 Under the requirements of decentralized resource transaction access and dispatch security,it is the key point for an electricity retailer with the distribution network operation rights to participate in the power market operation with multiple resources through a virtual power plant,and to increase the purchase-sale revenue with the power resources in the distribution network under its jurisdiction.Based on the operation framework of the electricity retailers with a virtual power plant transaction combination platform,a dispatching method for the electricity retailers considering virtual power plants dynamic combination strategy is proposed by including the real-time dynamic combination of the virtual power plant into the optimization dispatching and setting the operation economics of electricity retailers as the goal.Finally,an example analysis is performed through the modified IEEE 33 distribution system.The results show that by rationally combining the virtual power plants,dispatching the distributed electric resources,the dispatchable loads and the virtual power plants,the electricity retailers can integrate and utilize decentralized resources to participate in the market operation in order to maximize the economic benefits while ensuring the stable operation of the distribution network under its jurisdiction.
