摘要
根据新能源持续出力曲线,对全年消纳电量和弃电量进行量化,提出了经济最优目标下多集群新能源经汇集站和多回直流并网的接入系统规划模型。首先,提出了一种可应用于集群划分的聚类方法,通过划分集群,将电网的整体规划问题转化为各个集群的局部规划问题;然后针对单一集群,讨论了接入网络拓扑和最优接入容量间的定量函数关系,利用该关系将选址定容复杂规划转化为纯坐标的费马-韦伯(F-W)选址问题;最后利用该问题适用的迭代公式求解,在较少的迭代次数内实现快速收敛。算例验证了所提模型的有效性和求解方法的快速性,对和电网规划相关的工作具有借鉴价值。
Based on the continuous output curve of new energy,this paper quantifies the annual energy consumption and abandoned power,and puts forward the planning model of access system for multi-cluster new energy through the convergence stations and the multi-circuit DC grid connection under the economic optimal objective.Firstly,a clustering method which can be applied to cluster partitioning is proposed.By partitioning clusters,the overall planning problem of power grid is transformed into the local planning problem of each cluster.Then,the complex planning with capacity and coordinates is transformed into the Fermat-Weber location of pure coordinate planning by using the mathematical characteristics of objective function.Then,for a single cluster,the quantitative function relationship between the access network topology and the optimal access capacity is discussed.Using this relationship,the complex location and capacity planning is transformed into a Fermat-Weber(F-W)location problem in pure coordinates.Finally,the suitable iteration formula is used to solve the location problem,in which the fast convergence is achieved in fewer iterations.The effectiveness of the proposed model and the rapidity of the solution method are verified by this calculation example,which can be used for reference in the work related to power grid planning.
